 The house is set in 10 acres of pastures and woods and sits on the South West boundary of Ceredigion just a couple of miles from the Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire borders.

The land is on the south west slopes of the Teifi Valley over looking the river which is only a short distance away. Many attractions are within easy reach or just relax in the garden and go for a wander througth the woods. Golf, Fishing, Coastal walks and hill climbing are all close by. Eating out                                                                                                                                                     There are many ideal pubs & restaurants in the area serving local ingredients: Welsh Black beef; Cardigan Bay lobsters; Welsh lamb;  Aberaeron Wine; Cenarth cheese and New Quay honey.  A list of local 'eating out' places is included in your welcome pack.

Eating in.                                                                                                      Breakfast is cooked freshly for you when you order --you don't have to imagine what you might like the day before. We use Welsh milk, bread, yoghurt, bacon and our own free range eggs and home made preserves. We don't serve "full Welsh" or "full English" we serve "full Guest".
